Abstract

The polyoxyethylene sulfonate is prepared through a sulfonation reaction of an allyl derivative and sulfite sulfite according to a content ratio of 1:1.1, wherein the allyl derivative is prepared through reacting polyoxyethylene ether and oxypropyl hydrocarbon with NaOH according to a weight ratio of 1:1.2. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: dissolving NaOH, introducing N2, adding polyoxyethylene ether and oxypropyl hydrocarbon at 120-150DEG C, mixing and stirring for 1-2h, adding sulfite, and stirring for 4-6h. The polyoxyethylene sulfonate is an amber viscous liquid, the solid phase content is 50%, the pH value application range is wide, and the polyoxyethylene sulfonate has excellent foaming performance in a water phase medium and a non-aqueous phase medium.
