Problems solved by technology

However, co-frequency networking has a great impact on inter-cell interference, and the performance of cell-edge users cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a frequency planning method for railway LTE-R, which can reduce inter-cell co-frequency interference while improving frequency utilization.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The implementation process of the application of the present invention in the LTE-R system frequency planning method based on distributed base stations will be described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be emphasized that the following description is only exemplary and not intended to limit the scope of the invention and its application.

[0026] The present invention is a frequency planning method applied to an LTE-R system based on a distributed base station. The method is suitable for a railway-specific broadband mobile communication system deployed along a railway line. The method selects a key area point along the railway line as a cell center. The method comprises the steps of:

[0027] Step 1: Select multiple key regional points along the railway line as first-level hotspots;

[0028] Step 2: The first-level hotspot is used as the center point of each cell, and the coverage of the first-level hotspot cell is determined according...

Abstract

The invention provides a frequency planning method applied to an LTE-R system based on a distributed base station. The method is suitable for a special railroad broadband mobile communication system laid along a railway line. According to the method, key area points along the railway line are selected as cell center points. At station and multiple-line crossing and merging areas, the LTE-R system capacity requirement is large and the business types are various; full-band RRUs are arranged at centers of the areas, and partial-band RRUs are arranged at edges of cells and centers of non-key cells. The method has the benefits that the inter-cell interference is reduced; the cell system capacity and frequency utilization are improved. Compared with a same-frequency networking method, the inter-cell interference is reduced by 50% or above, while the wireless communication system capacity is substantially unchanged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of railway mobile communication, in particular to a frequency planning method applied in an LTE-R system based on distributed base stations. Background technique [0002] Since 2003, my country has adopted GSM-R digital communication technology as the railway wireless communication system to meet the needs of railway voice and digital communication services. However, with the continuous increase of railway services, GSM-R, as a narrowband communication system, is difficult to meet the needs of the development of railway broadband mobile communication services in the future. [0003] Since 2008, UIC and countries with leading international railway development levels, such as Germany, France and Japan, have started research on railway broadband mobile communication systems. In December 2011, after integrating various factors such as technology and industry, UIC clearly stated at the 7th High-Speed Railway Conference ...
