Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for water-absorbing anti-microbial preservative paper capable of indicating freshness of fresh food. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (A) selecting color-sensitizing materials; (B) selecting a paper-based material with a water-absorbing function; (C) respectively dissolving different color-sensitizing materials into corresponding solvents, thereby forming color-sensitizing solutions for later use; (D) selecting different essential oils having anti-microbial effect to the fresh food; (E) uniformly mixing the different essential oils, coating agents, dispersing agents, color-sensitizing accelerants and the color-sensitizing solutions at 20-60 DEG C, thereby forming coating solutions; and (F) uniformly coating the paper-based material prepared from step (B) by the coating solutions by utilizing a coating machine, and then drying, thereby acquiring the water-absorbing anti-microbial preservative paper capable of indicating freshness of fresh food. The preservative paper prepared according to the preparation method provided by the invention not only has the fresh-keeping functions, such as seeping juice absorption and antibiosis, but also can directly indicate the freshness of fresh food.
