A snoring detection device detects snoring of a patient; a snoring signal is obtained and is transmitted to a control device; snoring data are obtained by the control device according to the snoring signal, a control signal is outputted to a breathing machine when an amplitude of the snoring signal is greater than a preset threshold value, and outputting pressure is increased by a fan under the control of the breathing machine; a data storing device is used for storing snoring data which serve as one of evaluation references of a treatment effect of the patient; and a snoring detection result of the patient serves as a control amount of the breathing machine, snoring of the patient is detected in real time, magnitude of the outputting pressure of the fan of the breathing machine is controlled according to the amplitude of the snoring signal, outputting of the breathing machine is suitable for conditions of the patient, and the treatment effect of the breathing machine is improved.
