The inclination angle of the conveying cylinder ranges from 20 degrees to 40 degrees. A feed port is formed in the lower end of the conveying cylinder. A first discharge port and a second discharge port are formed in the upper end of the conveying cylinder. A certain distance difference and a certain height difference exist between the first discharge port and the second discharge port. The first discharge port and the second discharge port are located in the middle and the top end of the conveying cylinder respectively. Metering sensors used for conducting metering are arranged at the first discharge port and the second discharge port respectively. A controllable valve is arranged at the first discharge port.
