Incident waves pass through the wave energy concentration device (10) and are reflected due to Bragg resonance, thereby forming a standing wave region at a wave-approach side thereof. The wave energy collection and conversion device (11) comprises a fixed support (2), a metal panel (4) and a wave power generator device, wherein the fixed support (2) is disposed in the standing wave region, the metal panel (4) is welded on the fixed support (2) and the wave power generator device is movably disposed on the metal panel (4).
