Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of animal feed, particularly to a cattle feed based on bamboo shell. The cattle feed based on bamboo shell comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 26-28% of leymus chinensis, 25-27% of corn, 5-7% of soybean meal, 2.5-3.5% of wheat bran, 4.5-5.5% of rapeseed meal, 0.4-0.6% of salt, 0.4-0.6% of calcium hydrogen phosphate and 30-35% of bamboo shell silage. The total mass percentage of the components is 100%. In the formulation, the leymus chinensis is adopted to increase ingestation amount. If fresh grass is used alone, the growth of animals will be affected. The feed effectively utilizes the waste bamboo shell widely existed. Feeding cattle with the feed is conducive to the synthesis of sugars and carbohydrates, increases the microbial protein concentration in rumen, and increases the utilization rate of protein.
