The invention discloses a data reliability protection method based on a check code in a wireless sensor network. The method comprises the steps of: collecting data through a source node, comparing reserved data characteristic codes after data grouping, obtaining the important degree of corresponding data, and converting the important degree of corresponding data into binary numbers; utilizing a check code calculating formula to obtain the check code, combining the check code with a Hash function to generate watermark information, converting the watermark information into an unsigned string after implanting a watermark into the watermark information, and sending the unsigned string; utilizing a separating algorithm to obtain related data after a base station node receives the data and converts the data into binary numbers; if the watermark information is verified to be consistent, indicating that the data is complete and reliable, and extracting the data; and if not, utilizing a trust degree calculating formula to obtain a data trust degree. If the data trust degree is larger than a pre-stored trust degree threshold, the reliability of the data satisfies a preset standard, the data can be extracted, and if not, the data packet is discarded.
