The testing system comprises a front-end frequency converter, a front-end motor, a torque sensor, a rear-end frequency converter and a rear-end motor, wherein an output end of the front-end motor is connected with a front end of the torque sensor, a rear end of the torque sensor is connected with a rear-end motor, the bottom parts of the front-end motor and the rear-end motor are fixed on a base, the front-end frequency converter is powered by an external power grid which is connected with the input end, an output end of the front-end frequency converter is connected with the front-end motor, an output end of the rear-end frequency converter is connected with the rear-end motor, and P and N input ends of the rear-end frequency converter are connected with P and N input ends of the front-end frequency converter. The testing system reduces the frequency of the rear-end frequency converter slowly in the frequency converter testing process, the rotation speed of the front-end motor is greater than that of the rear-end motor, that is, the front-end motor works, and the rear-end motor generates power, thus part of energy is fed back and reused when the front-end frequency converter is in tests, thereby reducing energy supply of the external power grid.
