Problems solved by technology

[0004] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rapid non-destructive detection method for different varieties, maturity and pest-infested fruits of table grapes using near-infrared spectroscopy, so as to solve the problem that the prior art methods can only analyze and detect homogeneous materials such as tablets and liquids. to expand the scope of application of this technology; to solve the technical problems that the prior art methods need to pretreat the detection object (such as tea leaves need to be crushed, fruits need to be squeezed, etc.), simplify the technical analysis steps; to solve the prior art methods can only The problem of establishing an analysis model for a single or a few quality indicators of the fruit improves the comprehensiveness of quality evaluation; solves the problem of poor applicability of the analysis model caused by the spectral analysis data processing method in the prior art method, and improves the discrimination efficiency and stability of the analysis model; Solve the problem in the prior art method that qualitative analysis can only be performed on different types of fruits with great differences; solve the problem in the prior art method that the selected characteristic wavelength sites are few and narrow, and it is difficult to cover more spectral information

Embodiment 1

[0051] (1) Quantitative analysis

[0052] Taking the "Xiahei" grape fruit mixed index model as an example, Figures 1A-1B is the characteristic wavelength of the "Summer Black" grape fruit sample set, from Figures 1A-1B It can be seen that the noise at both ends of the spectral curve is relatively large, and the spectral range automatically selected by the TQ software has two segments, which are 9842.89 to 8018.56 cm -1 ( Figure 1A ) and 8014.71~4088.35cm -1 ( Figure 1B ). Through the analysis of the model correction effect of commonly used spectral preprocessing methods, multiple scattering correction (MSC) + first derivative (1st derivative) + Norris smoothing is selected as the best preprocessing method for the "Summer Black" grape fruit model, and the evaluation of the modeling results Including correlation coefficient, root mean square error and absolute error.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for nondestructive testing of grape berries based on the near infrared spectrum technology, and particularly relates to a method for identifying table grape berries of different varieties and maturity degrees and under different insect attack conditions based on the near infrared spectrum technology. The spectral preprocessing method and the chemometrics modeling method are combined to build a quantitative analysis prediction model with grape inclusions as the test index on grape berries of different varieties and maturity degrees and under different insect attack conditions. The near infrared spectrum technology is adopted to identity the interior quality of different grape samples for test. The method has the advantages of being high in testing speed, high in efficiency and low in cost, is suitable for nondestructive testing of quality and safety of agricultural products, and can be used for effectively identifying grape berries of different varieties and maturity degrees and under different insect attack conditions. A series of studies suggest that the combination of the near infrared spectrum technology and the chemometrics method has great potential and development prospects in the fields of quick prediction of inclusions of grapes and variety identification.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid non-destructive detection method for different varieties, maturity and pest-damaged fruits of table grapes by using near-infrared spectrum technology. Background technique [0002] Traditional fruit quality identification and grading methods are time-consuming and laborious, and are easily interfered by human factors (such as smell, taste, preference), and lack objective and rational criteria for judging the nutritional components inside the fruit. However, the chemical analysis method needs to crush the fruit and test them one by one. The number of samples tested is often limited, and it is difficult to ensure the representativeness of the sampling, so that rapid non-destructive testing cannot be achieved. Some existing fruit postharvest assembly line detection and grading equipment usually only perform rough grading based on fruit size or weight and other indicators, and the specificity requirements of the equipment a...
