The method includes ecological treatment by applying Difulai microbe fertilizer to effectively suppress fungi and nematodes in the soil and root insect diseases; agricultural preventing and treating; biological control; biological preventing and treating; physical preventing and treating by strictly selecting seed variety before harvesting, selecting, individually harvesting and storing disease-free robust plants with strong growth vigor and multiple branches; and chemical preventing and treating by pouring root with 1:1:100 bordeaux mixture once for every 10-15 days for 3-5 times continuously during the initial disease phase, and spraying proper amount of the mixture on leave surfaces while pouring root. The method can effectively preventing ginger seasonal febrile disease, lower average incidence of ginger seasonal febrile disease, increase yield, substantially improve ginger level, and obtain good economic benefit.
