The method comprises the steps of receiving the taxi taking requests sent by user equipment (UE); generating the order information according to the taxi taking requests, and pushing the order information to n terminals; receiving the order grabbing requests fed back by the terminals, and taking the terminals feeding back the order grabbing requests as the feedback terminals; obtaining the appointment breaking rates of the feedback terminals; selecting a target terminal from the feedback terminals according to the obtained appointment breaking rates, and distributing the order information to the target terminal. According to the present invention, after the order information is pushed, the appointment breaking rates of the terminals feeding back the order grabbing requests are obtained, the target terminal is selected from the feedback terminals according to the obtained appointment breaking rates, and the order information is distributed to the target terminal, thereby reducing the probability of distributing the order information to the terminals having the higher appointment breaking rates, reducing the number of the appointment breaking orders, improving the order resource utilization rate, and further improving the user experience.
