Problems solved by technology

[0005] Purpose of the invention: In order to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides an actuator based on stimulating the tympanic membrane and its hearing aid device, which can directly stimulate the tympanic membrane to make the tympanic membrane vibrate, compensate for a large degree of hearing loss, and can Solve the problem that the traditional support device is difficult to install due to the curvature of the ear canal and cannot guarantee a good fit with the ear canal during the installation process. It can adapt to the size of the ear canal, use the ear canal to play a fixed support role, and can Make the support mechanism not block the ear canal, solve the problem that the traditional support structure is easy to block the ear, the external air cannot contact the tympanic membrane, and the tympanic membrane is easy to be infected, and it solves the problem that the patient cannot feel the sound by himself when the actuator is closed. Problems where sound cannot be transmitted to the eardrum and its installation does not require more complex surgical procedures

Embodiment Construction

[0051] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0052] Such as figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the human ear structure, showing the cross sections of the outer ear 1 , the middle ear 2 and the inner ear 3 . Among them, the outer ear 1 mainly includes the auricle 4 and the ear canal 5; the middle ear 2 includes the tympanic membrane (eardrum) 6 and the ossicular chain. The ossicular chain consists of three tiny interconnected bones (ossicles), the malleus7, the incus8 and the stapes9. The malleus 7 is attached to the eardrum 6, while the stapes 9, the last bone in the ossicular chain, is coupled to the cochlea 10 of the inner ear. In the normal auditory system, the pinna 4 of the outer ear 1 collects pressure fluctuations in the external air, and transmits them to the tympanic membrane 6 through the ear canal 5, causing the vibration of the tympanic membrane 6 and the ossicular chain in the middle ear 2 syste...

Abstract

The invention discloses an actuator based on an excitation tympanic membrane and a hearing aid device thereof. The actuator comprises a piezoelectric mechanism, a fixing and supporting device and an excitation membrane. A top end of the piezoelectric mechanism is provided with a layer of excitation membrane. A tail end of the piezoelectric mechanism is fixedly arranged at a head end of the fixing and supporting device. The excitation membrane is implanted into an ear canal via the fixing and supporting device and fits the tympanic membrane. The fixing and supporting device is supported on the ear canal through a branch supporting device. The actuator, a microphone, a signal processing apparatus and a power supply apparatus form the hearing aid device in the invention. By using the actuator and the hearing aid device, the tympanic membrane can be directly excited so that the tympanic membrane generates vibration and a large degree of hearing damages is compensated; a complex operation technique is not needed during installation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an actuator for treating hearing loss and a hearing aid device using the actuator, which is used for directly exciting the tympanic membrane to compensate for hearing loss. Background technique [0002] Sensorineural deafness is the most common type of hearing loss, and it is one of the most common diseases in my country. There are many reasons, such as congenital, high-intensity noise, etc. For some hearing-impaired patients, hearing aids can be used to improve or restore hearing, but traditional hearing aids have many problems: poor sound quality; only mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss; output sound signals and ear canal feedback The sound signal of the patient is prone to aliasing, which reduces the clarity of the sound signal that the patient finally feels. [0003] In response to the above problems, domestic and foreign research institutions and researchers have begun to study mechanically stimulated implantabl...
