Problems solved by technology

However, the original loose subgrade structures such as soil subgrade and stone subgrade can no longer meet the needs of subgrade construction in karst areas. It is necessary to propose a ductile and anti-collapse subgrade structure, so as to still have certain stability and safety when subsidence pits appear on the karst ground. Anti-collapse ability to ensure traffic safety to the greatest extent

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] see Figure 1-2 , the present invention includes a ductile anti-collapse subgrade structure in karst areas, characterized in that it includes a cement-soil sealing layer 4, and the cement-soil sealing layer 4 is covered with a reticular gabion structure 3, a soil cushion layer 2 and a continuous arch structure 1 in sequence ; And the interior of the reticular gabion structure 3 is provided with cement and soil; the reticular gabion structure 3 includes: a steel gabion frame 5 and steel bars 6 arranged in the steel gabion frame 5 to separate it into several areas. The steel bar gabion frame 5 and the steel bar 6 are bound and fixed. The reticular gabion structure 3 is formed by stacking steel bar gabions in layers on the cement-soil sealing layer 4 . The ratio of lime soil to water in cement soil is 1:6.

Abstract

The invention relates to a Karst region ductile anti-collapse roadbed structure and a construction method of the Karst region ductile anti-collapse roadbed structure. Through the use of reticular gabion structures, the ductile anti-collapse capability of the roadbed structure is greatly improved. When small-size collapse pits with the diameter smaller than 1m appear on the ground, no influence is generated on the reticular gabion structures; and when small-size collapse pits with the diameter being 1m to 3m appear on the round, the gabion structures can fill and block Karst channels, so that the collapse slowly stops. When larger collapse pits appear on the ground, slumps occur at a small part of the gabion structures, and as the reticular gabion structures are mutually bound by steel bars, so that large-area slumps cannot occur; besides, a continuous arch structure has better capability of adapting to unfavorable geology, so that the roadbed structure still has good stability to support the pavement structure, thereby preventing collapse. Therefore the Karst region ductile anti-collapse roadbed structure is suitable to be popularized and used in a large area. The construction method comprises the steps of sequentially laying a cement soil sealing layer, the reticular gabion structures, a soil pad layer and the continuous arch structure, and the Karst region ductile anti-collapse roadbed structure is finally obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a subgrade, in particular to a ductile anti-collapse subgrade structure in karst areas and a construction method thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to the rapid development of engineering activities, a large number of karst ground subsidences occurred immediately, and the frequency, intensity and harm of the occurrences were also increasing. The occurrence of these collapses is all related to the destruction of the original balance state of the karst area by engineering activities. Karst ground subsidence has become a very common but difficult engineering geological problem faced by subgrade construction in karst areas. [0003] In karst areas, there is generally a lack of soil and many rocks, and most of the embankments are filled with stone slag from excavated road cuttings and slag from tunnels. It is generally believed that, compared with soil filler, rock filler has higher strength, less deformation and good wate...
