Abstract

The minimum running cost of a system and the optimal output power of each distributed generation unit in each period are solved effectively by introducing power balance, system spare capacity, unit output, unit start-stop shortest time and other constraints into dynamic economic dispatch and based on an optimization objective function of active power distribution between distributed power supplies and an energy storage system and according to random fluctuation change of system load and wind power under different conditions. An independent power grid dynamic dispatch strategy based on interactive collaboration between a battery energy storage system and a diesel generator set is proposed.
