Abstract

The wheel hub automatic countering system comprises a controller, and a brake device, a countering proximity switch and an automatic locking pin which are connected with the controller. The countering proximity switch is used for detecting the positions of positioning pin holes arranged on a wheel hub, acquiring the positions of a countering initial pin hole and a countering target pin hole and also used for feeding back trigger signals corresponding to the positions of the countering initial pin hole and the countering target pin hole to the controller. The controller is used for confirming whether rotating speed of the wheel hub is reduced to the preset safe braking speed, countering rotating speed and final countering rotating speed and controlling the brake device and telescoping of the automatic locking pin according to the detected rotating speed of the wheel hub and the trigger signals fed back by the countering proximity switch. Countering and locking of the wheel hub can be automatically controlled and realized by application of the wheel hub automatic countering system and control method.
