The preparation method comprises the following steps of adding water-soluble citric acid and sodium citrate in an amount which is 30 percent based on the total mass, regulating the pH value to 5.0 to 5.5, then adding the low-salt surfactant, the fragrance, the solvent, the bactericide, the preservative and water to form the mixed liquor, uniformly impregnating the non-woven fabric substrate into the mixed liquor, and packaging the impregnated non-woven fabric substrate to obtain the glass cleaning wet tissue.
