The clean storage area has environmental cleanliness of grade D, and consists of a plurality of storage tanks and a plurality of ultra-low temperature refrigerators; the sample transfer chamber is communicated with the clean storage area through a transfer window; and the power supply system comprises a power supply and a switch; the power supply includes a first electric supply high-voltage transformer substation, a second electric supply high-voltage transformer substation, a standby generator and an EPS power supply. When one of the first electric supply high-voltage transformer substation and the second electric supply high-voltage transformer substation fails, the switch automatically switches to the other high-voltage transformer substation without failure for power supply; when the two high-voltage transformer substation simultaneously fail, the switch automatically switches to the backup power generator for power supply; and when the two electric supply high-voltage transformer substations and the backup generator all fail, the EPS is started for emergency power supply.
