When one of the first electric supply high-voltage transformer substation and the second electric supply high-voltage transformer substation fails, the switch automatically switches to the other high-voltage transformer substation without failure for power supply; when the two high-voltage transformer substation simultaneously fail, the switch automatically switches to the backup power generator for power supply; and when the two electric supply high-voltage transformer substations and the backup generator all fail, the EPS is started for emergency power supply.
