Embodiment Construction

[0044] figure 1 with 2 A partitioned region 4 of an embodiment of a heald 1 according to the invention is shown, which consists of two strips 2 and 3 . In the present exemplary embodiment, the two strips 2 , 3 are already provided with embossing points 5 before they are put together, which already function as spacer elements during the manufacture of the heald 1 .

[0045] Between the two strips 2 and 3 are held two structural elements 6 , 7 delimiting said eyelet 8 . In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two structural elements 6 , 7 have fastening elements 9 , 10 which are inserted into recesses 11 , 12 in the two strips 2 , 3 . In the illustrated embodiment, the interstices 11 , 12 are holes which pass through the strip. However, blind holes are also conceivable, which can be realized, for example, as embossments or recesses. Figure 8 , 9 and 11, 12 and 13 also show the following figure 1 with 2 General view or components of the heddle 1. by means of Figure 8 wi...

Abstract

The subject of the invention is a heddle ( 1 ) preferably for processing strip-shaped warp-knitted material and a method for producing said heddle, said heddle comprising the following features: at least two forming Strips (2, 3) of heald rods (24), at least one structural element (6, 7) delimiting a thread eye (8), at least two heald ears (17). The at least one structural element (6, 7) or one of the two strips (2, 3) has at least one fastening element (9, 10) which connects the structural element to the strip stand up. The two strips ( 2 , 3 ) abut against each other at connection points ( 13 , 14 ) above and below the eyelet ( 8 ). At least one connection point (13, 14) has a distance (A) from said eyelet (8) which is at most ) half the size of the distance (D) between the nearest heald ears (17).

Description

technical field [0001] The subject of the invention is a heddle, preferably for processing strip-shaped material, and a method for producing the heddle. Background technique [0002] Healds and methods for their manufacture are known. Traditionally, yarn is first woven with wire. Recently, too, strips and heddles have been woven together for the first time. Accordingly, EP 1 795 636 B1 deals with a heald for tape-shaped warp threads. The healds described there are primarily optimized for the production of industrial fabrics, such as for the production of fiber composite materials. [0003] EP 1 795 636 B1 describes a heald which essentially consists of two strips which are arranged parallel to one another and spaced apart. In the gap between the strips there are spacer elements and two rod-shaped structural elements forming the eyelets. The spacer component, but not the rod-shaped structural element forming the eyelet, partly has a fastening element which is correspondi...
