The guillotine type impeller is connected with the pump shaft, the guillotine type water inlet body is arranged at a water inlet below the guillotine type impeller, the guillotine type impeller is provided with an impeller guillotine opening, and the guillotine type water inlet body is provided with a water inlet body guillotine opening. The impeller guillotine opening and the water inlet body guillotine opening form rotary cutting points which change in a rotating mode.
