The throat-smoothing candy is prepared by the following steps: 1) grinding the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of anise, 15 parts of herba houttuyniae, 12 parts of fructus lycii and 2 parts of Fructus Momordicae, placing into a high-pressure tank, adding purified water with weight equal to that of the ground materials, pressurizing to 4kgf / cm<2> till pressure is uniform, maintaining for 10-15min, restoring atmospheric pressure, and filtering to obtain an extracting liquid; 2) performing ultrasonic treatment on the extracting liquid obtained in the step 1) for 5-10min at the temperature of 40-50 DEG C under the power of 300W; 3) preparing a throat-smoothing candy, namely filtering the solution obtained in the step 2), mixing the filtrate with xylitol according to the weight ratio of 1:20, and decocting at the temperature of less than 140 DEG C till dry solid materials can achieve more than 97%; and 4) forming and reversing a mould, and packaging to obtain the throat-smoothing candy capable of preventing and curing motion sickness and with simple compositions and obvious effect.
