The method comprises following steps: step S110, a same-direction adjacent node list of an initial node is determined with an adjacent node classification algorithm; step S120, nodes in the same-direction adjacent node list are divided into a greedy forwarding area and a peripheral forwarding area; step S130,when nodes in the same-direction adjacent node list exist in the greedy forwarding area, a node deviating from a target node for the minimum angle in the greedy forwarding area is determined with a greedy algorithm and serves as a next-hop node of the initial node; steps from S110 to S130 are repeated until the node is circulated to the target node. With the adoption of the method and the device, the route selection speed can be increased, transmission delay of node data grouping is reduced, and the success rate of data grouping transmission is guaranteed; besides, the probability of a route arriving the target node through rapid positioning can be increased, and meanwhile, the optimal path of the route can be determined.
