The efficient pet brush comprises a brush handle, a brush head and bristles, wherein the brush head is connected to an end of one side of the brush handle; the bristles are fixedly connected to an end surface of the brush head; the brush head has a hollow structure; a negative pressure source is arranged in the brush head and comprises an inputting opening and an outputting opening; a plurality of air inlet grids are arranged between the brush head and the brush handle and are connected to the inputting opening of the negative pressure source; and a pet hair collecting bag is arranged on the outputting opening of the negative pressure source. The using method comprises the following steps of (1) starting: opening the negative pressure source; (2) pet hair combing: repeatedly dragging the brush handle so that the brush head moves towards one side, which is provided with the brush handle, of the efficient pet brush; and (3) closing: closing the negative pressure source. By the efficient pet brush, pet hairs can be effectively prevented from being clamped or adhered among the bristles and can also be prevented from being scattered to everywhere in a house. Moreover, according to the scheme, the efficient pet brush has the advantage of quite high combing efficiency.
