The automatic water quality sampler comprises a casing and a sampling body fixedly connected with the casing, wherein the casing comprises a peristaltic pump, a water inlet pipe module, a flow sensor and a control unit, which are arranged in the casing; the flow sensor is connected in series with the peristaltic pump; the control unit is electrically connected with the peristaltic pump and the flow sensor; the water inlet pipe module comprises a rotating disc and a plurality of water inlet pipes integrated on the rotating disc; owing to the rotation of the rotating disc, water quality sampling is implemented by different water inlet pipes each time; a water inlet pipeline connected with the water inlet pipes respectively is arranged in the rotating disc; and the control unit comprises a network communication unit.
