Abstract

The invention provides an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, a production line analog-to-digital conversion circuit and a control method. The analog-to-digital conversion circuit comprises an amplifying circuit, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a switch unit, a compensating capacitor and a compensating control switch unit; the first input end of the amplifying circuit is connected to one end of the first capacitor, and while the other end of the first capacitor is suitably selectively connected one of common mode voltage or at least one reference voltage through the switch unit; the second input end of the amplifying circuit is connected with the common mode voltage; the second capacitor is connected between the first input end of the amplifying circuit and the first output end; one end of the compensating capacitor is connected to the common mode voltage, and while the other end of the compensating capacitor is suitably selectively connected to the common mode voltage or a reference voltage source which produces the at least one reference voltage through the compensating control switch unit. The analog-to-digital conversion circuit is able to stabilize the reference voltage so as to improve the linearity of the production line analog-to-digital conversion circuit.
