The intelligent teaching system comprises a cloud server, at least two teaching terminals and at least one learning terminal, wherein the cloud server stores teaching data information; the at least two teaching terminals are in network connection with the cloud server; the at least one learning terminal is in network connection with the cloud server and receives teaching information of the teaching terminals. According to the intelligent teaching system comprising the multiple teaching terminals, teaching resources are integrated by the cloud server and issued respectively by the learning terminals, and students can acquire knowledge required to be learnt through the corresponding learning terminals according to demands; besides, the compatibility of access to the teaching data information is improved through browsers.
