Abstract

The invention relates to a non-refrigeration millimeter-wave / infrared lamination detector which includes a microstrip antenna, a non-refrigeration detector element and a readout circuit. The microstrip antenna is bonded on the back of the non-refrigeration detector element through an adhesive. The front face of the non-refrigeration detector element is connected with the readout circuit through connection columns. One face of an insulating dielectric substrate of the microstrip antenna is a grapheme conductive thin film, and gaps etched on the grapheme conductive thin film are distributed into an array. On the other face of the insulating dielectric substrate, a metal feed line is printed at a position corresponding to each gap in the grapheme conductive thin film. When rays which include millimeter waves and infrared radiation shoot into a double-mode detector, firstly the millimeter waves are received through the microstrip gap antenna and then incident infrared rays are received by the non-refrigeration detector element so that dual-mode lamination detection is realized.
