Abstract

The upper sprayer or lower sprayer is respectively provided with a spray orifice and water retaining rollers, wherein the spray orifice and the operation direction of the metal sheet form a certain included angle; the water retaining rollers are pressed on the upper and lower surfaces of a workpiece to be quenched by an actuating mechanism; the upper sprayer or lower sprayer is provided with a collection water tank between the spray orifice and the water retaining roller; and excess cooling water rushes to the collection water tank and is discharged through both sides of the collection water tank.
