A plaster for prosopalgia and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The plaster is prepared from following raw materials by weight: 13-18 parts of kaempfer dutchmanspipe root, 10-14 parts of aristolochia tuberose, 10-14 parts of aristolochia fordiana, 13-18 parts of toddalia asiatica, 15-22 parts of kusnezoff monkshood, 15-22 parts of gastrodia elata, 8-10 parts of Chinese holly leaf, 20-25 parts of snake oil, 20-25 parts of chitosan and 30-38 parts of vaseline. The method includes following steps of: a) mixing the kaempfer dutchmanspipe root, the aristolochia tuberose, the aristolochia fordiana, the toddalia asiatica, the kusnezoff monkshood, the gastrodia elata and the Chinese holly leaf according to a ratio, and smashing into powder having a size of more than 200 meshes; and b) melting the vaseline at 56-60 DEG C, adding the snake oil and the chitosan, heating to 65-67 DEG C until the snake oil and the chitosan are completely melted, adding the powder in the step a), stirring for 10 min, and cooling.
