Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving electronic equipment radiated susceptibility test repeatability in a reverberation room constant stirring mode. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a test platform is set up; secondly, three to five sampling time periods of a field strength meter are set, and in a radiated susceptibility test of equipment under test, the field strength meter is used for recording electromagnetic field values in the three to five sampling time periods when the equipment under test is disturbed; thirdly, statistical averaging is conducted on the electromagnetic field values collected in the three to five sampling time periods in the second step, and three to five statistical averages are obtained correspondingly; fourthly, standard deviations of the three to five statistical averages obtained in the third step are calculated respectively, the sampling time period corresponding to the standard deviation smaller than 3 dB is selected, and the sampling time period corresponding to the standard deviation smaller than 3 dB is adopted for improving the electronic equipment radiated susceptibility test repeatability in the reverberation room constant stirring mode. The method has the advantage of being capable of effectively increasing electronic equipment radiated susceptibility threshold value in the reverberation room constant stirring mode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the repeatability of the radiation immunity test of electronic equipment under the continuous stirring mode of the reverberation chamber, and is especially suitable for the electromagnetic immunity test of the electronic equipment (system) when the reverberation chamber works in the continuous mode state . Background technique [0002] In electronic information systems, intelligent, digital and miniaturized large-scale integrated chips are widely used. The integration and sensitivity of electronic equipment are getting higher and higher, which makes their ability to deal with various strong electromagnetic pulse attacks very fragile. A small amount of heat or overvoltage can burn them or break them down, or temporarily disable the circuit . This makes the electromagnetic susceptibility of weapons and equipment increase day by day, while the ability to resist electromagnetic damage decreases. The study ...
