The attendance system is composed of a mobile phone-side system and a Web based data center server-side system; the digital certificates bound with mobile phones are used as a basis for identity recognition of checked users, a mode that a dynamic time stamp is combined with equipment locating information is adopted to provide attendance time and position verification, two attendance verification modes including active recognition and passive recognition and two verification time frames including in-place verification and off-site verification can be provided in view of differences of functions and performance of the mobile phones, and the effectiveness of a checking-in process is ensured.
