Embodiment 1

[0029] A super-hydrophilic anti-fog film described in the embodiment of the present invention, such as figure 1 As shown, the anti-fog film includes 6 layers, from bottom to top are peeling layer 6, adhesive layer 5, first polyester film layer 4, composite layer 3, second polyester film layer 2, anti-fog coating layer 1.

[0030] Preferably, the peeling layer 6 , the first polyester film layer 4 and the second polyester film layer 2 are optical grade polyester films with a light transmittance of over 92%.

[0031] Further, the thickness of the peeling layer 6 is 0.016mmmm, and the thickness of the first polyester film layer 4 and the second polyester film layer 2 is 23um.

[0032] Preferably, the composite layer 3 is composed of composite glue, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber, hindered amine light stabilizer, and infrared absorber according to the percentage content of 1:0.05:0.1:0.05:0.06. 3 has a thickness of 0.005mm.

[0033] Further, the anti-fogging coating 1 is comp...

Embodiment 2

[0046] The super-hydrophilic anti-fogging film described in the embodiment of the present invention is basically the same as that of Embodiment 1, except that:

[0047] The thickness of the peeling layer 6 is 0.019mm;

[0048] Preferably, the composite layer 3 is composed of composite glue, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber, hindered amine light stabilizer, and infrared absorber according to the percentage content of 1:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.18. 3 has a thickness of 0.01mm.

[0049] A preparation method of a super-hydrophilic anti-fog film, comprising the following steps:

[0050] (1) Selection of raw materials: select polyester film with a light transmittance of more than 92%, in the present invention, TA101 from Japan TOYOBO company is used;

[0051](2) batching: weigh the required raw material components for the composite layer and the anti-fog coating respectively according to the stated ratio;

[0052] (3) Stirring: stir until the materials are dispersed evenly, control the con...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of antifogging materials, in particular to a super-hydrophilic antifogging film, a production method and application thereof. The antifogging film comprises six layers including: a stripping layer, an adhesive layer, a first polyester film layer, a composite layer, a second polyester film layer and an antifogging coating layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top. The super-hydrophilic antifogging film disclosed by the invention has the excellent antifogging function, meanwhile overcomes the energy-consumption defect of the traditional electrical heating type antifogging film; the super-hydrophilic antifogging film further has the advantages of thermal insulation, ultraviolet protection, oxidation resistance and the like which are unavailable for the traditional antifogging film; furthermore, the super-hydrophilic antifogging film is prepared by the multi-coating composite technology, so that the film can achieve an excellent anti-explosion function; meanwhile, the antifogging coating layer adopted by the antifogging film has the advantages of high easiness in cleaning, low possibility of moisture absorption and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of anti-fog materials, in particular to a super-hydrophilic anti-fog film and a production method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Glass has a wide range of uses in industrial production and daily life. However, when there is a certain temperature difference on the two sides separated from each other, and the saturated vapor pressure of the surface water with low temperature is lower than the vapor pressure of the surrounding environment, the water vapor will gather on the surface of the object and precipitate in the form of tiny water droplets to form fog. The tiny dewdrops diffuse the light, which significantly reduces the light transmittance of the glass. The fogging of glass windows, bathroom mirrors and glasses of buildings will bring great inconvenience to life; foggy windshields of vehicles in winter will bring serious harm to driving safety. In terms of industry, anti-fog phenomenon occ...
