Embodiment 1

[0019] Extraction of tilapia oil by enzymatic hydrolysis: Weigh 50g of tilapia head minced at about -4°C, and extract by enzymatic hydrolysis. h; after the enzymolysis solution is centrifuged at 4000r / min for 30min, the upper layer is crude fish oil. The yield of the prepared crude tilapia oil was 13.23g / 100g fish head (wet sample).

Embodiment 2

[0021] Extraction of tilapia oil by enzymatic hydrolysis: Weigh 50g of minced tilapia head at around -4°C, and extract by enzymatic hydrolysis. h; after the enzymolysis solution is centrifuged at 4000r / min for 30min, the upper layer is crude fish oil. The yield of the prepared crude tilapia oil was 12.04g / 100g fish head (wet sample).

Embodiment 3

[0023] Extraction of tilapia oil by enzymatic hydrolysis: Weigh 50g of tilapia head minced at about -4°C, and extract by enzymatic hydrolysis. h; after the enzymolysis solution is centrifuged at 4000r / min for 30min, the upper layer is crude fish oil. The yield of the prepared crude tilapia oil was 10.59g / 100g fish head (wet sample).

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for refining tilapia oil, which comprises the following steps: by using tilapia processing waste fish heads as the raw material, shredding, hydrolyzing with compound proteinase under certain conditions, centrifuging to obtain crude fish oil, and decolorizing the crude fish oil with atlapulgite under certain conditions to obtain the refined fish oil. The crude fish oil yield is 12-13g per 100g of fish head; the fish oil extraction is simple to operate and low in cost; and the obtained product has favorable product quality. After the crude fish oil is decolorized and subjected to other refinement treatment, the prepared fish oil is clear and transparent light yellow in color, and the oil quality achieves the refined fish oil primary standard except the iodine value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of deep processing of fish products, in particular to a method for refining tilapia oil. Background technique [0002] Tilapia (Tilapia); taxonomic genera are: Phylum Chordata, Actinopterygii, Perciformes, Cichlaidae, Tilapia ). There are more than 600 species of tilapia, of which 15 are farmed. Now tilapia is a freshwater farmed fish cultivated by key scientific research in the world's aquaculture industry. Tilapia is native to Africa and is distributed in the northwest of South America, along the Nile River in Africa, and in China and other regions in Asia. In 1946, Wu Zhenhui and Guo Qizhang introduced it to Taiwan from Singapore. To commemorate these two people, it was first called "Niguoyu". It was introduced into my country's inland from Vietnam in 1957, so it is also known as "Vietnamese fish". Because it is native to Africa and looks like the local crucian carp, some people call it "African cruci...
