Abstract

The invention discloses an engine timing encloser installation structure which comprises a timing encloser and a cylinder body. The timing encloser is arranged on the cylinder body by a buckling structure. The buckling structure comprises a chuck on the timing encloser, a ball head bolt on the cylinder body and a connecting piece for intermediate transition connection; both ends of the connecting piece are respectively provided with a clamping groove matched with the chuck and a ball head groove matched with the ball head bolt; the timing encloser is clamped with the clamping groove of he connecting piece by the chuck and the cylinder body is connected with the ball head groove on the connecting piece by the ball head bolt so as to implement connection of the timing encloser and the cylinder body. Due to adoption of the buckling connection method, the engine timing encloser installation structure is very convenient to carry out assembling and disassembling operations and has high labor efficiency. Furthermore, to avoid rigid connection of the timing encloser and the cylinder body, a rubber component is used as the connecting piece, so that the resonance risk is reduced and NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) quality of an engine can be promoted.
