Abstract

The composite material plate material is characterized in that the plate material is a substrate prepared from the substances of, by weight: 60.0-69.0% of industrial waste PVC, PE, and PU materials, 3.4-7.0% of a plasticizer, 1.0-2.0% of a thermal stabilizer, 26.0-29.0% of an inorganic filling agent, 0.5-1.0% of a lubricant, and 0.1-1.0% of an antioxidant. According to the invention, waste industrial plastic is adopted, such that raw material cost is low. The method also has the advantages of low plate material production cost, and large market volume. With the plate material and the method, environment pollution caused by waste industrial plastic is reduced, and secondary environment pollution caused by the combustion treatment of the waste industrial plastic is avoided.
