Photoelectric conversion modules (2) are arranged on the shoulders of the garment body (1). A voltage stabilizing module (3) is arranged on a front body of the garment body (1). An electricity storage module (4) is arranged on a pocket and connected with a USB interface (5). The garment body is made of fabric. The fabric comprises a knitted cloth layer and a coating which are compounded into a whole. The coating is an emulsified water system coating. Micropores are distributed in the coating. When the mobile phone needs to be charged, a mobile phone charger is connected to the USB interface, and therefore the function that the mobile phone is charged is achieved. The breathable composite fabric garment has the advantages of being good in breathability and being worn comfortably.
