Abstract

The invention discloses an air pressure type urea metering injection system with two urea pressure containers. The system is provided with the first urea pressure container and the second urea pressure container, wherein the first urea pressure container and the second urea pressure container are respectively connected with a compressed air source to be used as a urea supply device, and the second urea pressure container is used for achieving the urea injection function. The first urea pressure container and the second urea pressure container are provided with electromagnetic valves respectively, connected with the compressed air source and provided with emptying electromagnetic valves. The first urea pressure container is connected with the second urea pressure container through the electromagnetic valves. The first urea pressure container is connected with the urea supply device. The second urea pressure container is connected with a urea injection mechanism. A controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valves and controls on-off of the electromagnetic valves, and constant air pressure is generated through adjustment of an air inlet electromagnetic valve and an air exhaust electromagnetic valve to be used for pressurizing a urea solution. According to the air pressure type urea metering injection system, due to the fact that the pressure of a urea nozzle inlet is constant, the internal tube pressure wave caused by pulse injection of the urea solution is remarkably reduced, and metering accuracy and stability of the injection amount of the urea solution are improved.
