Problems solved by technology

[0006] In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art and aiming at the fact that the currently widely used advanced sewage treatment technology of adsorption method cannot realize the synchronous removal of organic matter and phosphorus in a single reactor, the present invention provides a method for synchronously removing organic matter and phosphorus in sewage biochemical tail water The method realizes the synchronous removal of organic matter (EfOM) and phosphorus in the sewage biochemical tail water in a single reactor, so that the COD of the treated effluent can be stably reduced to below 50mg / L, and the total phosphorus can be stably reduced to below 0.5mg / L, which is the most important for sewage. Advanced treatment and comprehensive utilization provide an important guarantee to achieve the unity of environmental and social benefits

Embodiment 1

[0026] The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of a biochemical treatment system of a sewage plant (COD is 84mg / L, total phosphorus is 1.6mg / L) flows into the shallow sand filter. The sand filter uses quartz sand as the filter medium, and the particle size of the filter material is 0.4mm. The height of the material layer is 40cm, the filtration rate is controlled at 12m / h, and the concentration of suspended solids (SS) in the effluent is less than 5mg / L.

[0027] When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the sand filter reaches 0.1MPa, perform backwashing. The flow rate of backwashing water is controlled to be 40m / h (the filter layer expands by 12%), and the backwashing time is 3min.

[0028] 5 mL (about 4.2 g) of environmental functional nanocomposite material HFO-802 (provided by Jiangsu Nanda Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.) was loaded into a jacketed glass adsorption column (16 × 160 mm). Take the filtrate filtered through the s...

Embodiment 2

[0031] The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of a biochemical treatment system of a sewage plant (COD is 75mg / L, total phosphorus is 1.8mg / L) flows into the shallow sand filter. The sand filter uses quartz sand as the filter medium, and the particle size of the filter material is 0.3mm. The height of the material layer is 30cm, the filtration rate is controlled at 10m / h, and the concentration of suspended solids (SS) in the effluent is less than 5mg / L.

[0032] When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the sand filter reaches 0.1MPa, perform backwashing. The flow rate of backwashing water is controlled to be 30m / h (the filter layer expands by 10%), and the backwashing time is 4min.

[0033]Put 10 mL (about 8.4 g) of environmental functional nanocomposite HFO-802 into a jacketed glass adsorption column (16×160 mm). Take the filtrate filtered through the shallow sand filter and pass it through the nanocomposite bed at a flow rate of 100mL / h at 25...

Embodiment 3

[0036] The effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of a biochemical treatment system of a sewage plant (COD is 82mg / L, total phosphorus is 1.7mg / L) flows into the shallow sand filter. The sand filter uses quartz sand as the filter medium, and the particle size of the filter material is 0.5mm. The height of the material layer is 50cm, the filtration rate is controlled at 8m / h, and the concentration of effluent suspended particles (SS) is less than 5mg / L.

[0037] When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the sand filter reaches 0.1MPa, perform backwashing. The flow rate of backwashing water is controlled to be 50m / h (the filter layer expands by 16%), and the backwashing time is 3min.

[0038] Put 50mL (about 42g) of environmental functional nanocomposite HFO-802 into a jacketed glass adsorption column (32×260mm). Take the filtrate filtered through the shallow sand filter and pass it through the nanocomposite bed at a flow rate of 400mL / h at 20±5°C, wi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synchronously removing organic matters and phosphorus in sewage biochemical tail water, belonging to the field of advanced treatment and recovery of wastewater. The method comprises the steps of (a) enabling effluent of a secondary sedimentation tank of a sewage biochemical treatment system to pass through a shallow-layer sand filter, and removing suspended particulate matters in water; (b) enabling filtrate to pass through an adsorption tower filled with a composite material HFO-802; (c) stopping adsorption when the effluent COD or total phosphorus concentration reaches a breakthrough point, performing desorption and regeneration on a nano composite material in the adsorption tower by using a NaOH-NaCl mixed solution, and recycling after regeneration. The method adopts a special adsorption material, and organically combines the adsorption property of a polymer carrier to the organic matters in wastewater and the selective phosphorus removal performance of nano ferric oxide hydrate so as to realize synchronous removal of the organic matters and phosphorus in the biochemical tail water. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in operation process and low in cost, and can be used for providing important guarantees for the advanced treatment and comprehensive utilization of the sewage biochemical tail water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of sewage biochemical tail water treatment, and specifically relates to a method for synchronously removing organic matter (EfOM) and phosphorus in sewage biochemical tail water by using a special environmental functional nano-composite material. Background technique [0002] The remaining organic matter in the effluent of secondary biochemical treatment of sewage is usually called Effluent organic matter (Effluent organic matter, EfOM). The composition of EfOM is very complex, usually dominated by dissolved organic matter (DOM), and its content accounts for more than 80% of the total organic matter in the effluent (calculated as COD). EfOM will have many adverse effects on the advanced treatment of sewage. For example, increasing the dosage of chemicals in the advanced treatment process will generate a large number of disinfection by-products in the process of chlorination disinfection, which will lead to serious mem...
