Abstract

The invention provides application of xanthoceras sorbifolia oil to prepare anti-fatigue blend oil. Through experiments, the optimum CO2 supercritical extraction conditions for xanthoceras sorbifolia oil are determined as the pressure of 30 MPa, the temperature of 50 DEG C and the extraction time of 120 min. Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil is taken as the main material, one or more of peanut oil, soybean oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil and corn oil are employed as auxiliary materials, and the blend oil is prepared according to a certain ratio. The xanthoceras sorbifolia oil is transparent in color and lustre and rich in fragrance and has extremely good health-care value. In the experiments, xanthoceras sorbifolia oil and corn oil are determined as the raw materials, and the ratio of xanthoceras sorbifolia oil to corn oil is preferably 1:1-1:10, and is further preferably 1:8. By performing animal experiments to verify the health-care function of the xanthoceras sorbifolia oil, the effects of resisting fatigue and resisting oxidation of the xanthoceras sorbifolia oil are discovered.
