According to the preparation method, the anti-static artificial synthetic leather is prepared by adoption of a formula of anti-static slurry formed by grinding an antistatic agent easy to disperse and polyurethane modulus through a fine abrasing machine, blade coating by using release paper and loose washing, and the prepared artificial leather reaches the GB12014-89 anti-static standard. The anti-static artificial leather reaches environment protection standard (the European standard REACH 138 item), has capability of resisting bending for 50 thousands of times at temperature of -25 DEG C, has water pressure capable of reaching water columns with 8000mm. The anti-static artificial synthetic leather overcomes the defects that a textile does not have water-proofing and rain-proofing functions or a function of preventing and blocking harmful gas.
