Embodiment

[0052] Embodiment: adopt the method of the present invention to carry out registration to two PCB film images, image 3 (a) and image 3 (b) respectively represent the binarized reference image and the image to be registered, known image 3 (a) and image 3 There is a rotation and translation transformation between (b), and image 3 (a) and image 3 The exact rotation angle between (b) is 9.5 degrees, and the number of rotation angles estimated by the method of the present invention is 9.4999 degrees, which shows that the transformation parameters estimated by the method of the present invention have very high precision. image 3 (c) is a reference image registered with the image to be registered; image 3 (d) for image 3 (b) with image 3 (c) difference image; image 3 (e) for image 3 The result of the morphological opening operation in (d), the morphological structural element used is a 2x2 rectangular structural element. from image 3 It can be seen that after u...

Abstract

The invention discloses a printed circuit board image registration method based on the shape context of the mass center of a communicated region, and belongs to an image registration method based on characteristics. An interest point serves as the coordinate of the mass center of the communicated region of an image. The coordinate of the mass center is characterized in two aspects, firstly, with the coordinate of the mass center as a center, the shape context of the communicated region where the coordinate of the mass center is located describes the shape characteristics of the communicated region, and therefore the shape context is called as a shape descriptor; secondly, the coordinate of the mass center is opposite to the shape context of the coordinates of the mass centers of other communicated regions in the image where the communicated region is located, the shape context describes the relative positions of the coordinate of the mass center and the communicated region where the coordinate of the mass center is located in the whole image, and therefore the shape context is called as a relative position descriptor. Through the shape descriptor and the relative position descriptor of the coordinate of the mass center of the communicated region, accurate matching between a communicated region of reference images and a communicated region of images to be registered is achieved, transformation parameters between the reference images and the images to be registered are estimated according to the coordinates of the mass centers of the communicated regions which are accurately matched, and finally the images to be registered are accurately registered.

Description

[0001] Technical field: The present invention relates to a registration method of printed circuit board images, which belongs to the field of digital image processing, and in particular to a registration method of printed circuit board images based on the centroid shape context of connected regions. Background technique: [0002] Printed circuit boards (PCB: Printed Circuit Boards) are the most basic components of electronic equipment and the support of electronic components. Their quality plays a decisive role in the performance of electronic products. important. Traditional PCB defect detection methods based on manual visual inspection cannot meet the needs of PCB development. Automated optical inspection (AOI: Automated optical inspection) technology is currently the mainstream PCB defect detection technology at home and abroad. Among all AOI technologies, the method based on template matching is the main method, and the core technology of template matching is image regist...
