Abstract

The invention discloses a formula, a preparation method and application of an antifouling treating agent for a decorative material. The antifouling treating agent is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 0-50 parts of modified acrylic resin (with a bright surface), 0-50 parts of modified acrylic resin (with a non-bright surface), 7-8 parts of melamine resin, and 0-10 parts of methylisobutylketone. The preparation method of the antifouling treating agent for the decorative material comprises the following steps: adding the modified crylic acid at a certain ratio according to the required haze, and stirring for 5-10 minutes, sealing and packaging for further use, adding a catalyst before production use, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and adjusting applicable suitable viscosity by using MEK (methyl ethyl ketone). The antifouling treating agent can be used for surface of PVC synthetic leather and surface of SEMI-PU synthetic leather. Compared with the prior art, the antifouling treating agent can be used easily wiping blots without a strong solvent, is easy and convenient to use, and is wide in application range.
