The method comprises the following steps: respectively hybridizing an Agriculture university high-induction No.1 as a male parent with different systems so as to obtain haploid seeds of different systems, respectively multiplying by using a seed seeking method, a root seeking method and a bud seeking method, treating for different times at different temperatures, counting the diploidization success rates of different systems in different treatments so as to obtain an optimal multiplying method appropriate to main excellent corn systems in northwest Guizhou, performing seeding experiment, recording successful diploidization planting in field, analyzing different-germplasm inductivity and diploidization, wherein the percentage of the number of haploid seeds to the total number of the seeds is just the different-germplasm inductivity, performing field investigation to obtain the percentage of the number of diploid plants to the number of the haploid seeds, that is, the diploidization success rate, and establishing a corresponding DH system. By adopting the method, a haploid breeding technique system for the characteristic of the corn in northwest Guizhou is established, fine genes are combined together, and theoretic reference is provided for breeding of novel high-production and high-resistance varieties.
