The vitamin premix is prepared through vitamin A, vitamin D, E, K3, B1, B2, niacin, B3, B6, folic acid, biotin, inositol, vitamin C, choline chloride, an antioxidant and defatted rice bran. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing defatted rice bran, crushing and drying; (2) weighing rice bran and transferring into a stainless steel barrel, and agitating under conditions that the environmental temperature is lower than 30 DEG C, and the relative humidity is not greater than 65%; (3) adding vitamins A, D, K3, B1, folic acid and B6 to the barrel, and uniformly mixing; (4) adding the rest vitamin and defatted rice bran to the stainless steel agitating barrel, and uniformly mixing; (5) packing the obtained product, and storing in a dry, dark, low-temperature and ventilated environment.
