Abstract

The present invention provides a photoradiation device and a photoradiation therapy / prophylaxis device comprising same. This photoradiation device comprises a light emission unit which projects irradiation light, a reflection unit which reflects the irradiation light, and a light guide unit which guides the reflected irradiation light to a subject to be irradiated. The light guide unit further comprises a first light guide face and a second light guide face. The reflection unit further comprises a first reflection unit which reflects a portion of the irradiation light to the first light guide face, a second reflection unit which reflects entering light to the second light guide face, and a third reflection unit formed from a main body unit which disposes a translucent unit and which reflects a portion of the remaining irradiation light to the second reflection unit as the entering light. The translucent part side of the third reflection unit is positioned oblique to the light emission unit, and the third reflection unit further comprises a configuration wherein the closer the translucent unit of the third reflection unit is to the light emission unit, the greater the quantity of translucent light of the irradiation light. A photoradiation device is thus implemented which illuminates a plurality of irradiation surfaces with a single light emission unit.
