The device comprises a central processing unit module, a carbon dioxide concentration detection module, a GPS (Global Position System) positioning module, a clock module, a mini-type meteorological station, a mini-type camera, a data storage device, a control press key panel, a liquid crystal display module, an RS-232 communication interface module and a power supply module.
