Abstract

The invention provides an online detecting device and method for the inner wall of a vessel. The online detecting device comprises a camera, an adapter lens, a rigid endoscope, a rotating platform and an image analysis device, wherein the camera is used for presenting images of the inner wall of the vessel, which are obtained by the rigid endoscope; the adapter lens is connected with the camera and the rigid endoscope; the rigid endoscope is inserted into the vessel to be detected to acquire the images of the inner wall of the vessel; the rotating platform is used for carrying the vessel to be detected and driving the vessel to be detected to rotate; the image analysis device is used for analyzing the sequential images of the inner wall of the vessel, which are presented through the camera, and acquire a detected result. Through the online detecting device and method for the inner wall of the vessel, provided by the invention, 360-DEG dead-angle-free images of the inner wall of the vessel can be precisely obtained, the online detection of the inner wall of the vessel can be realized, unqualified products can be rejected from a production line, and the online real-time detecting requirement can be met.
