The method comprises the steps that firstly, the portable device arranged on a marker inside a building sends a radio frequency signal; secondly, the receiving positioning device arranged outside the building receives the radio frequency signal, and the coordinates, in an indoor map of the current building, of the portable device are calculated according to the radio frequency signal; thirdly, the indoor map of the current building and an outdoor map, measured by the GPS or the Beidou Satellite, of the current building are called through the terminal server, and the coordinates in the indoor map are converted into the coordinates in the outdoor map according to the proportional relation between the indoor map and the outdoor map of the current building.
