Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride plasticizer which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of metal salt of terephthalic acid, 10-20 parts of polyethyleneglycol, 5-12 parts of trimethylene ether, 6-15 parts of oxydol, 3-6 parts of tritolyl phosphate and 5-8 parts of activated carbon. The plasticizer eliminates the chemical factors which possibly pollute the product, reduces abundant sewage treatment load, and lowers the production cost. The preparation method has the advantages of no toxicity, environment friendliness, high safety, water saving, high stability, short production cycle and low energy consumption.
