The device comprises a signal collection and conditioning unit, a signal processing unit, a programmable logic unit, a signal synchronous conversion unit and a communication unit, wherein the signal collection and conditioning unit, the signal processing unit, the programmable logic unit and the signal synchronous conversion unit are sequentially connected, and the signal processing unit is connected with valve base electronic equipment through the communication unit. The interface conversion device for the running test of the serial thyristor valve has the advantages that various types of triggering and detection commands sent by a testing device can be converted into different commands which can be identified and executed by valves, the cooperation of the testing device and the valves is ensured, and various valve tests can be jointly carried out; the flexibility, adaptability, compatibility and reliability of the testing device are improved, and meanwhile the testing efficiency and the utilization rate of equipment are improved.
